These good preachermen and women are very good in sermons presentation. They could gather verses, correlate them, integrate them and even differentiate the gospel of Jesus Christ marvelously. But indeed, inside they have one mission, targeting all those kind of verses which they could convince you to ‘GIVE to what they call church!’ Marvelous! They want you to be blessed, great. And I tell you, give with clean ❤️ heart! The rest leave to God!

“Tithes were given by the patriarchs Abraham (Genesis 4:17-20) and Jacob (Genesis 28:22); a system of tithes was instituted in the law of God given through Moses (Deuteronomy 12; Deuteronomy 14 Deuteronomy 26; and the prophets rebuked the children of Israel for failing to give the tithe to God , Malachi 3:8).

Are you comfortable?

I have a ‘Theological’ question though I am not a theologian. Are we blessed because we don’t ‘Steal’ from God (the tithe) and church? Or is a combination of how we live and fulfill a combination of the Old as well as New Testaments (the WORD OF GOD) 😃 as faithful children of God?

‘Tithe’ is considered as a father of blessings. If you don’t tithe, Pastors and their brothers, cousins and uncles says, you have a narrow way of success or receiving blessings from God. Ah!

What is required here, is not tithing first, but building strong relationship with God. This is my philosophy or theology.

Forget about Malachi 3, that is not a problem. That verse shall never grow old-o! They L-o-v-e it! If those ‘Makuta’ Pastors they want to lower your confidence and make you feel guilty and a ‘thief’ from ‘ASSETS’ of heaven, they just mention this verse several times and put emphasis on how you’ll never reap the blessings of heaven because you don’t pay the tenth of whatever money you make either daily, weekly or monthly even yearly!
And tithe is it only money? How about my faw, oranges, beans etc?

Oga, no matter how stronger or courageous you are, this MALACHI 3, is like ATOMIC BOMB, it strikes heart like lightining to be frank! But there is a perfect doctrine about this sermon of Malachi 3. Next time I will preach. Church, say, ‘preach, preach man of God!’

You know, the Old Testament and the New Testament, they work in tandem. They support each other. Is difficult for New Testament to be perfect without the Old Testament. The Old Testament is the foundation of the NewTestament. Jesus Christ is in Old Testament and is the story of the entire book. The New Testament is the fulfilment of the Old Testament. In other words, Jesus Christ is Alpha of the Old Testament and Omega of the New Testament!

Those who are believing the Old Testament is old and should be put in the dust bin, they should be put in the dust bin themselves!

History is too powerful. There is no book which God revealed Himself extensively like the Book of Old Testament. Remember, there are so much which were not written or documented in the Old Testament than the New Testament. However, a lot of books were either ommitted or lost in the cause of compilation of the Old Testament than the New Testament.

The way God was related to Israelites is different with the way He was related to the gentiles. There are specific laws, instructions or teachings that are not for gentiles but Israelites only. There are specific orders and directives for specific period of time. The Bible is guided by ‘TIME.’ Is limited by time phrase or expanded to infinite. The entire creation of God is limited within specified periods of time whether limited or timeless.

The Word of God says,:.

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I also will forget thy children.” – Hosea 4:6 NKJ

Solomon managed to overcome so much odds of life because he gathered knowledge by assistance of wisdom God gave him. Solomon was capable of speaking to animals, birds, even understanding things which no man has ever managed to understand.

The church today is living the past. Is as if God is static, stagnant and old. For your information, God is new everyday. God had never repeated anything in His entire creation and He will never repeat.

Those zebras you see with their strips, they are like finger prints. They are not alike! Our fingerprints are not alike. Even our voices are not alike. Everyday is a new creation with unique prophetic messages. God never depend on history, but man. Every new day is a mystery, how do you prepare yourself to attach to these powerful revelations of Holy Spirit? Or you are busy digging the Bible to find revelations from there? Papa, get out that pit, look at heavens, there is a big book without errors… Is from this book where you could find your way to eternity!

That is the God I am talking about. God whom one day equals a thousand days and a thousand days equal one day. Is the God whom no man is able to define or express about anyhow – I AM WHO I AM!

So, you Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers who are lacking the love of Christ in fulfilling your duties as Servants of God, beware. I am not attacking you. Simply, I am reminding you the mind of God as it is written in the Book of Life, go back and read it again and abide to what has been written for your own sake and sake of sheep of Jesus Christ you are taking care of. Don’t forget the Holy Spirit and His position in your carriers. The WORD asked FATHER to send to you the HELPER.

However, there is no business in the house of the Lord. Unless those ‘PLACES’ are something new the government is aware and the tax collecting machinery system of the government is aware and they collect taxes from your firms.

African governments, take note:

A number of the so called ‘CHURCHES’ are not but ‘CORRUPT HOLYMEN?’ That needs to be deeply investigated without fear.

In the country, the government is the only body which is LEGALLY CONSTITUTIONALWISE above all. It should be respected, feared and responded immediately by all, people, organs and institutions within the respective country. The perfect Houses of the Lord and all other clean religions they understand and the government understands them without question. Let God, the creator of man and earth be honored on our land according to acceptable faiths as per our Constitution.

Tax Machinery System, where are you? These ‘People’ are collecting billions of money in their own names without even development of the so called churches while these ‘fellows’ are exchanging expensive cars and living lavish life… There is a clear mistake somewhere. The Minister for Home Affairs, there is something that has been missing for so long. Now it’s time to take charge and correct the mistake.

Justice is justice for all and must be justified justifiebly without error or ommissions!

Mr. Minister for Home Affairs, you must go one after the other registered entity, re-evaluate the registration, check adherance to the norms of running the entities and most importantly all EXEMPTIONS given and whether they were relevant not forgetting the issue of FINANCE and ACCOUNTING. A thorough auditing from the CONTROLLER AND AUDITOR GENERAL should be conducted. Our President should not struggle to find where he could get money to accomplish a number of important projects like Stigglers Gourge or Standard Gadge while free money is squindled by ‘Hidden Corrupt Machinery System in the Name of Jesus.’

You want to start that prayers of ‘die… die-o’; no one will die. The word of God says don’t steal and don’t lie! Me and you who should die first? Jesus Christ is the way and truth, He shall stand Himself between me and you, rule and judge!

What is important, why the incumbents accounts are in personal names while the entity has been registered as an institution of hundreds to thousands people? Why money are collected in personal phones or accounts? But when they ask exemptions they don’t ask as individuals but as institution?

That’s how it is, whether you like it or not. This country has entered a new zone under different cordinates and frequencies. Is as if the legs of God are taking rest on this country most probably at the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro somewhere man had never landed his legs!

7/23/19, 17:01 – Prophet: Yesterday we were talking about the true meaning of Christianity and we got a definition of what Christianity is or who a Christian is. We ended up where I said that you cannot inherit God’s promises without the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
7/23/19, 17:08 – Prophet: WHAT ARE GOD’S PROMISES? God’s promise in a nutshell is ‘LIFE!’
Life in every area of your life spiritually and physically … now let me make this clear … God has never promised His people that He will make them rich financially and materially …. this is completely non-existent … and if you have encountered such teachings This is a very false doctrine that will make you anxious to ask for a sacrifice in order for God to enrich you. Let me say this, what God has promised is LIFE … But there are things you can do to receive a REWARD from God because of your OBEDIENCE to the Holy Spirit … In the LIFE that God has promised there are spiritual and physical blessings. enriching man and becoming rich.

7/23/19, 17:11 – Prophet: Now what I am going to teach here is very important and it will determine what place you have in the Kingdom of God. The physical and spiritual success of this world depends very much on how well you know God and not on praying or engaging in worship. Now, there is a difference between the Son of God and the Son of God.
Galatians 4: 1, 3, 5-7
[1] ‘But I say, that the heir, as long as he is a child, differeth nothing from a servant, though he be lord of all;
[3] ‘So we also, when we were children, were held in bondage under the rudiments of the world. ‘

2. That he might redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
3. ‘And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.
   [7] If so, ‘you are no longer a slave but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God. ’To be a Son of God is to understand your position before God; as a worthy person and not a gifted person … there is a big difference here.
   Many people who do not understand this are the ones you find saying it is only by God’s mercy. A person who makes such statements is a person who does not understand his position before God as a person who deserves good things from his Father.
   That’s where you become heir … to be heir is that, you are entitled and entitled to inherit your parents’ property; so in the sight of God, if you understand yourself to be like the Son of God; you don’t start asking for it but you claim your right!
   Remember I said you cannot inherit God’s promises without the guidance of the Holy Spirit, now let me understand better here:
   You must learn to strengthen your fellowship with the Holy Spirit through the word of God … How? You must allow the Holy Spirit to guide you in understanding how to manage the truth of God’s word by believing it and obeying it to see its fruits in your life.
   John 6:13
   ‘But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth; for he will not speak on his own initiative, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. ‘
   7/23/19, 17:27 – Prophet: The Holy Spirit will not come to give you revelation without leading you to the word. If you see you are given revelation without the word it is not the Holy Spirit it is the spirits that deceive the evil spirits.
   Therefore, you cannot have good fellowship with the Holy Spirit without knowing the word of God … Now, let me teach you this thing and it is very important. If you want to receive the Holy Spirit stay in the word. STAY IN THE DOCTRINE … OF TRUTH AND CHRIST’S GRACE. Only through doctrine can you receive the Holy Spirit correctly and it depends on what teachings you receive … if it is a false doctrine you will find demons…
   John 6:63
   It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. ‘The words I have spoken to you are spirit, and they are life.’ Before you can see the results in the body the results must begin in the spirit. The Holy Spirit must begin to change you personally and your outer life will begin to change. The problem is that many people are taught that God wants you to succeed in your business … to give you a job … to give you a marriage…Children … all the physical things without changing the way you behave … your behavior …. change until the Holy Spirit first forms your character and your understanding. If you do not receive spiritual fruit first, do not expect to reap the fruits of the flesh.
   Ephesians 5: 9
   for the fruit of the Spirit is ‘in all goodness and righteousness and truth;’
   Galatians 5: 22-24
   [22] ‘But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,’ (23) ‘Meekness, temperance; on such things there is no law. ‘ [24] ‘And those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.’
   7/23/19, 17:49 – Prophet: I said above that, God’s promises in our lives are LIFE! Life in every area of our lives … but in order for this life to manifest itself we must obey the Holy Spirit … but many people confuse understanding the difference between the riches and the blessings of God … Life is the real blessing spoken of in the Bible; but the blessings of God are not riches…but wealth is the result of those blessings of God … because blessings are power given from God … but these blessings God has given us … but there is a principle of how to inherit those blessings.
   7/23/19, 17:51 – Prophet: What I will explain here is the basis for receiving spiritual blessings which are the foundation; that cause us to inherit, receive and cherish physical blessings. What made Jesus come again is to connect us with the blessings that Abraham was also blessed with. And the only way to receive those blessings is to ‘BELIEVE’ only.

   But this empowerment comes only by receiving the Holy Spirit, the Doctrine of Grace and Truth.

   ‘That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.’
   Ephesians 1: 3
   Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ; … ’We were blessed to believe in Christ, we do not give to be blessed! These blessings are spiritual blessings. There are physical blessings that we also receive by obeying the Holy Spirit … these blessings we receive as REWARDS for our love for God. Remember it is OBEDIENCE that is manifested in LOVE because your FAITH becomes ACTIVE by doing acts of LOVE.
   Galatians 5: 6
   For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor circumcision; but faith which worketh by love.
   Ephesians 3:17
   ‘Let Christ dwell in your hearts by faith, rooted and grounded in love;’ Here is where I will address the issue of GIVING. Christians do not give to be blessed because we are already blessed. We give because we ‘love our Heavenly Father.’
   7/23/19, 18:22 – Prophet: Make sure your motivation to give is not to be blessed or answered prayer but because you love God. This type of delivery is what results. So, how do we give to God now? That is the main question.
   7/23/19, 18:27 – Prophet: First of all, our Christian giving is voluntary and not forced!
   2 Corinthians 9: 7-8
6. ‘Let each one do just as he has resolved in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. ‘
7. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work. … If you come across any teaching that tells you to give compulsively, run away from that teaching too quickly, because it will instill in you a spirit of cut off!

   7/23/19, 18:39 – Prophet: Teachings of any kind that direct you to give so that God may bless you, protect you and your work, your business, your family; to give in order to free yourself from family curses and superstitions is a false doctrine that brings benefits to those who teach and not to those who are taught!

   [8] “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.” [22] (All these things perish in time; to be used); ‘While you follow the precepts and doctrines of men!’ [23] ‘These things appear to be wise, in the form of worship which you have formed, and in humility, and in the dominion of the flesh; but they are of no use for keeping the desires of the flesh.’
   7/23/19, 18:44 – Prophet: Now there’s something I want to talk about before I touch on delivery! Because of the doctrinal challenge especially in the area of giving there are things I will touch on that may seem new but that is the real truth of Christians. The first thing is related to the Altar and the SACRIFICE! Follow me closely to gain insight. In the New Testament we do not offer sacrifices. We offer RELEASES. What we give is not called sacrifice; is called PRESENTATION. In the New Testament it is only one sacrifice that speaks before God, and it is only the BLOOD OF JESUS! There is nothing that you can give that can speak before God and justify you, no, it’s JUST THE BLOOD OF JESUS then!
   Colossians 1:20
   ‘… And through him to reconcile all things unto himself, having made peace through the blood of his cross; to him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens. ‘And for this reason there is no altar that can be lifted up on earth that you may offer your sacrifice there God approves because that page was closed through the SACRIFICE OF JESUS’ BLOOD.
   If you set up an altar and offer sacrifices there, those who will receive that sacrifice are demons and not God. And in order for the offering to be acceptable, there must be a priest. It is God’s chosen priest to present the sacrifice and Jesus alone is the High Priest before God. No one else can stand here on earth and call himself a priest to offer sacrifices to God to be accepted and answered.
   Hebrews 9: 11-12, 25
10. ‘But when Christ comes, he is the High Priest of the good things that will come, on the great and perfect altar, not made with hands, that is, of this world,’
11. ‘Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.’
    [25] ‘not that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others…’
    7/23/19, 19:06 – Prophet: Having put that right let me finish now about HOW TO GIVE AS A CHRISTIAN. We do not give compulsively and the main doctrine that comes in that makes people give compulsory is TENTH.
    I want to end here by explaining HOW TO GIVE GOD TITHE:
    Let me say this, Tithing is the principle of saving that God has set so that we can earn a living and obey Him. In obedience to Him there, may our handiwork be blessed. It is a principle not a Law.
    Deuteronomy
    14: 22-23
12. ‘You shall not neglect the tithe of all the increase of your seed, that which comes out of the field year by year.’
13. ‘You shall eat before the Lord your God,’ in the place which he shall choose to set his name there, the tithe of your grain, your wine, and your oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks; in order that you may learn to fear Jehovah your God always.
    God commanded His people to save ten percent of all the income they earn from the work of their hands and after a while to eat and rejoice so that they might see the benefits of obedience to God.
    Deuteronomy
    14: 28-29
14. ‘Every third year, at the end of it, you shall give a tenth of all your produce for that year, and you shall keep it within your gates; ‘
15. And the Levite, (because he hath no part nor inheritance with thee,) and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, that are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; ‘That the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thy hand which thou doest.’
    In the ten percent of the savings you save after seeing it has brought you benefits give it to the servants, orphans, widows, the helpless so that your handiwork will be blessed. And remember, it is not that you are not blessed, no, it is that the blessings you have in your spirit begin to work if you obey God in love.
    So, if you want to see the benefits of obeying God in your financial life, learn to save and you will not fail! From your savings give out of love not necessarily, not by seeking blessings and you will see blessings manifest in your life. The second way to give to see the blessings manifest in your life as a Christian is to give offerings from profits that have already provided for your needs … whether you are working or doing business …
    Matthew 25: 14-27
16. For the kingdom of heaven is as a man traveling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods.
17. ‘To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one; each according to his ability; he did not travel. ‘
18. ‘Immediately he who received the five talents went and traded with them, and made another five talents. ‘
19. ‘And he also that had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art a hard man, reaping where thou didst not sow, and gathering where thou didst not scatter;
20. And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. behold, thou hast that which is thine.
    [27] ‘Then you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers; and when I come, I will receive what is mine and what is mine.
    7/23/19, 19:49 – Prophet: Here Jesus was giving an example of how the Kingdom of God is likened to this parable which explains how God empowers or empowers us to do things that will help us to live but in what He has given us as handicrafts there is a part of to bring him back. But how you return to God will determine whether we will be blessed or not.
    Matthew 25: 26-27
21. But his lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I did not scatter;
22. ‘then you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers; and when I come, I will receive what I have, and I will give it to you. ‘And what we give back is part of the benefit that has benefited us first; that is, if you are running a business, do not withdraw from capital before making a profit.
    And if you are paid a salary do not say you are giving offerings when you are in debt you have not paid, you have not met your needs and you are giving, no, do not do that. If you do, give yours will be useless … you will complain that you are giving but you do not see anything… So, if you give with this kind of giving you will not fail!

    o remove us from self-loathing and see ourselves as incapable
    o Get rid of the demon of love and adultery, drunkenness, murder

    o give us greater knowledge and diligence in reading, learning, working and not giving up, creativity and self-confidence
    o give us unity and patriotism
    o Create a pure and broken heart for us
    o Give us a lot of diligence in knowledge and in His Word and not miracles.

   God’s Ten Commandments are laws … but we as Christians, do not live by the law in order to be perfect before God … no one can obey the law and be perfect because we cannot … now, the Ten Commandments can be obeyed without breaking them. but the problem comes when our righteousness before God does not come from our own efforts; it comes from believing only …, saying we stop believing and keeping the Ten Commandments is that we separate ourselves from the grace God has decided to give us that has nothing to do with our own efforts … therefore, the law served as a teacher to point us to Jesus who after his coming we no longer need to be under a teacher who is the Ten Commandments or commandments of God because it is not by our obedience but by the obedience of Jesus that when we receive them we are made perfect before God without our own efforts.

    Ahaaa so, there is a blessing manifested in DOING THE WORD! And how do we do that word? We do the word through OUR CONFESSION … we believe so WE CONFESS! You have to believe first and then confess! If you think right you will believe it right and if you believe right you will confess right and if you confess right you will get the right results!
    Joshua 1: 8
    [8] ‘This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein; for then shalt thou make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
    Just believing is not enough you have to practice your faith through CONFESSION / SPEAKING / EXPRESSING what you believe through understanding the word of Christ and by doing this you will begin to see the results of what you believe … because our mouths have the power to create and shape our lives … through the mouth you can destroy your life or rebuild your life … this is the process that God has set for us who are created in His image and likeness … to say you are like God is that we are praised and able to create our lives through our mouths.
    Proverbs 18: 20-21
14. ‘A man’s belly shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; he shall be satisfied with the produce of his lips. ‘
15. ‘Death and life are in the power of the tongue; and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.
    If you want to see the fruits / results of God’s promises in your life you must learn to use your mouth properly to speak / confess / pronounce good in your life! In order to properly confess you must believe well … you cannot say you will confess well without believing well and you cannot believe well if you do not have the zeal to understand the word of the Kingdom of God because faith comes by understanding the word of Christ!
    Romans 10:17
    [17] So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. and hearing is by the word of Christ. ’And strong faith, that is, faith based on roots, is what will result when you confess … you cannot bear fruit without sowing seed … seed is the word of the Kingdom of God. If you do not understand the word and practice it by confessing / speaking / pronouncing the word you will not get the fruit / results of the word … now the biggest challenge today is Christians who want answers to things they have not worked on; they have not gone through the process of understanding the word and acknowledging the word in order to produce results because they do not know that they have authority and plead with God and give God information when they think God will hear and answer; but this is not the order of the kingdom of God.
    So, what is prayer? You need to understand prayer is not about giving information to God but about expressing and acknowledging that you have received your needs according to God’s promises and will through His word and not pleading with God … you should confess those promises and claim that you have already received those prayers, that is prayer!
    Mark 11:24
    [24] ‘Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. ‘What, then, are the things we ask for in prayer? Let’s look at the word now
    Mark 11:23
    [23] Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it in his heart. Your challenges, your problems that are the mountain in your life to move and believe that what you have said has happened by using the power of your mouth over and over again, then you will see those problems go away. Therefore, first of all we use the authority given to us in our mouths to confess and claim God’s promises in our lives by telling them the problems and challenges we face should move and leave our lives …

If people can make oxygen in Mars what’s stopping you from thinking that the same people can’t poison the same oxygen on earth? And make you think its a virus? Let me enlighten you a bit!

Oxygen can become toxic when there is a partial increase of its pressure more than the normal atmospheric pressure.

A condition known as HYPEROXIA is the increase of the level of oxygen intake that  causes seizures, vision impairment (myopia), failure of the alveoli in the lungs which can lead to failure to breath The oxygen you inhale can kill you if you are exposed in conditions that’s either have lower atmospheric pressure…

Now imagine people who are rushed to the Oxygen support!!!

Guess why they die easily, simple science. So basically you’re not dealing with covid.
You are dealing with oxygen poisoning causing oxidation stress.

This is what kills people and causes respiratory and pulmonary failure. So, you are  wearing a mask from morning till noon forces you to breath more because ofcourse under the mask you will need more oxygen (you will have more oxygen level in your blood than normal); then, you suddenly remove your mask and your body cells now need to balance the Oxygen concetration level. Suddenly,  someone starts to feel dizzy, experiences shortage of breath and immediately is  rushed to the oxygen support, then the person dies and you say its covid.

It’s not the covid group of virus making people not to breath. Viruses don’t attack cell tissues. They inhabit the DNA host and control the red blood cell’s molecular activity.

In short, the cell becomes like a zombie. What causes failure of respiratory system is the excess oxygen molecules that attack plasma membranes of the respiratory cell tissues.

Covid is just one of the factors causing OXIDATIVE STRESS. Because what happens is that,  once the RNA virus cell inhabits the cell’s host, it causes an increase in the Reactive Oxygen intermediates in the cell’s mitochondria that causes a chain of molecular reactions.

What you need to know is that, 95% of the oxygen molecules you inhale goes into your red blood cell and gets stored in the mitochondria. The remaining percent roams freely as reactive oxygen molecules that can react with other molecules in the body tissues. If then these molecules are in higher concetration,  they could overpower your bodies antioxidants and attack different body tissues by acting as antigens. This process is called OXIDATIVE STRESS. It slowly kills you since your body cells produces other oxygen molecules in high concetration that becomes toxic. This is the major cause of cancer and other diseases as well.

As I said, covid is just one of the factors that cause oxidative stress. Others are air pollution, toxins, excessive alcohol, smoking cigarettes, bacterial, fungal and virus infection, excessive iron intake, radiation, high blood pressure and other factors.

It’s the antioxidants that balances the level of Oxygen concetration in the body. Foods that are rich in vitamin E and C are antioxidants. So taking fruits and vegetables reduces chances of experiencing oxidative stress.

So, be mindful of your diet, don’t wear masks for too long and take care of your health.
